Construction is nearing completion with the new Boundary Apartments, and we expect the new residents will be moving in towards the end of March.

We are now at a stage where we can market these apartments by offering a “option to purchase”. This simply means you can have a first option to purchase on the apartment of your choice with no deposit and absolutely no obligation. Nearing completion, we will contact you again to confirm your interest and enter into a purchase agreement with a $2000.00 deposit. No further payments are necessary until you are ready to move in.

Enclosed is our updated Boundary Apartment brochure and price list, and our information booklet on The Falls Lifestyle Estate.

During the planning of the Boundary Apartments, we took a trip around similar village apartments in the Auckland area. After talking to these residents, it was pleasing to hear they were all very happy living in a apartment in a village environment. They cited privacy, being quiet and most importantly the feeling of added security of being in a multi-unit development. We then asked them, what do you feel could have been done better? Some said nothing and some said they would have liked undercover car parking, a storage area, vege garden and a clothesline.

We took all this onboard and designed The Boundary Apartments to incorporate all these features. A large private outdoor living court has been incorporated in our design offering a fenced clothesline area, a large raised vege garden and a tastefully landscaped BBQ area, solely for the residents and guests of The Boundary Apartments. Secure basement car parking and storage area is included in your purchase price. If you do not require a carpark, you could possibly rent it out to another resident or keep it for guests.

Two years ago, we built our first block of apartments called “The Palms” and we have arranged for you to visit these apartments, which are very similar in design and talk to our residents and see for yourself how they are enjoying apartment living.
