As at 31st March 2010 the village consists of 120 dwellings

Apartments and homes come up for re-sale on a regular basis and are fully refurbished with each sale. i.e. floor coverings, wallpaper, paint etc.
We would expect when refurbished homes are offered for sale they would sell in the following price range:

Like any home offered for sale in NZ, the purchase price is set by the market at that particular time.
A number of the village homes have; conservatories, double garages, ensuites or a small additional computer/sewing room, which all reflect in the selling price.
Weekly Service Fee
The present village maintenance fee is $82.00 per week.
The Falls Estate Management has a very firm commitment to keep the weekly running cost to an absolute minimum. The service fee being charged monthly will be increased annually, only when necessary where increased costs are experienced.
The weekly service fee includes:
- Land and general rates
- Water supply
- Security/security patrols
- Statutory Supervisors fees
- Street lighting
- Exterior home maintenance
- Insurance of all homes and buildings plus public liability cover
- Ground maintenance
- Administration and operation of the community facilities, including staff employment costs
- Rubbish removal
- Cleaning of windows (outside only)
Full disclosures of the accounts are presented to each of the residents annually.
