Village Pricing Options
At present, the village has 88-2 & 3 bedroom homes and 12-1 & 2 bedroom apartments. These homes are all occupied and we operate a waiting list. Homes come up for re-sale on a regular basis and are fully refurbished to the new owner’s requirements. IE. Floor coverings, Wallpaper, Paint etc.
We would expect when refurbished homes are offered for sale they would sell in the following price range:

Like any home offered for sale in NZ, the purchase price is set by the market at that particular time.
A number of the village homes have; conservatories, double garages, ensuites or a small additional computer/sewing room, which all reflect in the selling price.
Presently under construction are 89-2 & 3 quality apartments with basement parking. Completion of the first block of 20 is expected by December 2007.
