We’ve welcomed in 2024 and I hope it has got off to a good start for each of you.

We have also welcomed several new residents into Falls Estate and you can read a little about some of them in this edition of Folkus, along with some history from Puhoi with Noel Wech, the herb, parsley, and the fascinating world of musical organs.

The Residents Committee is in marvellous full swing organizing events for us all, and our gracious resident Team Leaders are busy as summer birds with their activities. The village is abuzz with many wonderful events lined up for this year. So many, we’re looking for ways to stretch the calendar. I’m loving your enthusiastic interest and support of such enjoyable events as the Scone Baking Competition, and the Hamburger Night. We’ll all be looking at ways to favourably measure our waistlines!
